ShopPuroMarket customer information
These terms identify the seller and explain website use, orders, delivery, withdrawal, conformity rights, and applicable consumer protections.
These Terms govern use of ShopPuroMarket and purchases made through the website. By submitting an order, the customer asks the seller to supply the selected goods subject to these Terms and mandatory law.
Users must provide accurate information and must not disrupt the website, misuse forms, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with security, or use the site unlawfully.
An order is a request to purchase. Receipt of a submission does not by itself guarantee acceptance. The seller may verify details, availability, destination, and fulfilment before confirming the order. If an order cannot be accepted, the customer will be informed using the details supplied.
The price and any applicable delivery charge must be shown in the product information or order process before completion. Cash on delivery may be available for eligible products and destinations. No separate charge applies unless disclosed before the order is confirmed.
The confirmed delivery commitment is 24-48 hours from order confirmation. See the Shipping Policy for processing, tracking, delays, and address information.
Eligible consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal beginning when the customer, or a designated third party other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. Reasonable inspection is permitted. Full procedures are stated in the Returns & Refunds Policy.
Goods must conform to the contract and applicable mandatory consumer law. For EU-facing consumer sales, rights reflecting Directive (EU) 2019/771 as implemented by the applicable national law may include repair or replacement free of charge and without significant inconvenience, or, where the legal conditions are met, a proportionate price reduction or termination.
These statutory rights are not waived by these Terms and are separate from any voluntary commercial guarantee.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited, including mandatory liability for consumer rights. Subject to mandatory law, neither party is responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.
Website text, branding, images, and design may be protected by intellectual-property rights. They may not be copied, republished, or misused without permission or another lawful basis.
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Cookies and advertising technologies are described in the Cookie Policy.
Applicable law is determined by the mandatory conflict-of-law rules governing the transaction. Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of mandatory protections available under the law of the consumer’s habitual residence, where those protections apply. Consumers may use the courts or dispute-resolution mechanisms available to them under mandatory law.
Questions about these Terms or an order should be submitted through the Contact page.
